江苏省产业技术研究院（JITRI）成立于2013年12月，定位于科学到技术转化的关键环节，发挥两个桥梁的作用——大学（科学院）与工业界的桥梁和全球创新资源与江苏工业的桥梁，着力打通科技成果向现实生产力转化的通道，为产业发展持续提供技术。
本次 “海外食品华人协会” 有幸邀请到JITRI的欧洲区负责人许成作为我们本次讲座的嘉宾。许总硕士毕业于丹麦技术大学DTU生物技术专业，之后在丹麦多家清洁技术企业负责清洁能源和环保方面的技术合作。2016年加入JITRI，从事多个领域（包括食品产业）的新技术孵化项目合作，在跨国新技术转移、技术孵化、创业等方面有深厚的资源和人脉。
本次许总给协会成员介绍了JITRI的运作与合作模式，重点在帮助海外创业和研发人员利用JITRI平台打通资源的瓶颈，从而实现自己的抱负。同时许总也和大家分享了JITRI和海外高校和企业合作的经典成功案例，最后，许总还奉上了相关JITRI的相关职位机会。
八十六名海内外科技和食品行业专业人士及留学生收看了本次在线论坛，嘉宾在讲座过程中还与大伙积极的互动，现场回答了大伙关心的很多问题。
Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute（JITRI, http://en.jitri.org/）was founded in 2013 as key link between science and technology, bridging universities to industries, more specifically, global innovation to Jiangsu industries.
We were honored to have Cheng Xu, head of JITRI Europe, as the speaker of our webinar. Cheng got his MSc. degree in biotech in DTU, and worked in several Danish clean-tech companies on technology collaboration in clean energy and environmental protection areas. After joining JITRI in 2016, Cheng focused on new technology transfer and incubation collaboration projects in several areas including food.
In this webinar, Cheng introduced the operation and collaboration mode of JITRI, focus on helping oversea entrepreneurs and R&D talents to utilize JITRI platform to conquer resource bottleneck, and realize their ambition. In addition, Cheng shared the successful cases of collaboration between JITRI and oversea universities and companies.
